PowerShot G11 News

The G11 came as a big surprise having only 10MP. In the launch documents Canon says that the sensor was specifically designed as 10MP for the G11 and it then continues to describe the interesting advantages Canon managed to build into the new G11.For example the powerful noise specs of the sensor combined with Canon’s Digic VI processor promises to deliver a 2 stop advantage on previous PowerShot G cameras.I will use this space to write about my own experiences with the G11. I hope these pages will be of value to the person new to the G11 and photography as well as the more advanced photographer.
